Contact support@ashlr.ai with “Phantom Review” in the subject. Include the action or tool, approximate time and timezone, host/version if known, error message and brief reproduction steps. Prefer a small synthetic example. Redact screenshots and diagnostics; do not send credentials, full private documents, conversation exports or sensitive test logs.

Use a compatible MCP Apps host to open the review view. Requests are limited to 64 KiB including the protocol envelope. Try a smaller coherent excerpt if a request is too large. If a preview is stale, check the current inputs and make a fresh preview. For a 429 or 503 response, wait briefly and explicitly retry. The tools do not save changes to your files.
