Service terms

Phantom Review is provided by AshlrAI, Inc. The Ashlr Terms of Service dated January 2026 at https://ashlr.ai/terms apply to Phantom Review together with this addendum. If they conflict, this addendum controls for Phantom Review.

You retain your rights in material you submit. You must have authority to submit it for processing. You permit Ashlr and its service providers to process that material to provide, support and secure Phantom Review as described in the Phantom Review privacy notice. Using Phantom Review does not transfer ownership of your material or its revised versions to Ashlr. The general terms' intellectual-property provision concerns Ashlr's software and original service materials, not your submitted material. These terms do not grant rights in third-party content that you do not otherwise hold.

Phantom Review computes suggestions, previews, consistency checks and review artifacts. It does not apply document edits, run tests, send handoffs or deploy resources. Reviewer labels and receipts are self-asserted. Integrity checks do not verify a person's identity or authorize saving, execution or deployment. Review results before relying on them or using them elsewhere.

The host through which you use Phantom Review is a separate service with its own terms and data controls. The Phantom Review privacy notice describes this service's data handling. Contact support@ashlr.ai about these terms. Nothing in this addendum or the general terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
